  The biggest challenge is through a comprehensive health program aimed at directing university students to a healthy lifestyle so that helps them to lose weight the right way and reach the ideal weight and maintain health and fitness. The program relies on the idea of stimulating the spirit of fair competition among the contestants in order to lose weight and compete to win first place in the competition. This initiative was the result of documented information that the weight gain in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is one of the problems that can be avoided. Also, studies have found that the percentage of overweight individuals in Saudi Arabia has exceeded the 60% of the total population

Setting goals :

  • Identify daily habits and behavers which lead to weight gain.
  • Introduce participants to healthy dietary habits and life style.
  • Introduce participants to sports and fitness program which fits their lifestyle.
  • Organizing motivational and educational lectures on a regular basis to ensure the continuity of the participants.
