International conference of Intelligent Biology and Medicine
Dr. Maaged Al Akiel, Assistant Professor of Medical Genetics at KSAU-HS, presented his research outcome at the International conference of intelligent biology and medicine that was held in Los Angeles, California, United States from June 10-12, 2018.
Dr. Al Akiel presented his research findings for “Undisclosed Natural Molecule” that exhibited anti-cancer activity on breast, colon and brain cancer cells. Positive findings of this research will facilitate drug design and drug delivery for brain, colon and breast cancers. The project was a result of fruitful collaboration between Dr. Al Akiel and the nanomedicine program at King Abdullah International Medical Research Center (KAIMRC).
