Dr. Moeed Al Shehri
Profile:
Dr. Moeed Qassem Al Shehri is a Saudi-national born on August 1979, married and with 4 children. He is a Consultant of Emergency Medicine at King Abdulaziz Medical City (KAMC), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia who for the past several years devoted his time working in the Emergency Medicine.
Currently, Dr. Moeed is one of the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) – College of Applied Medical Sciences (CAMS) Faculties under King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS) who is dedicated to his work in sharing his knowledge to the students. Due to his exemplary commitment and support with the EMS, he is assigned to as Course Coordinator for the 2 Course Blocks for Batch 5 (Third Year) this Academic Year 2013 -2014.
Dr. Moeed’s expertise is profound by joining in the Faculty Development Course in KSAU-HS in 2013 with commitment to the EMS – CAMS. He continued it with much effort in attending the Emergency Medicine Update Course in Toronto, Canada of 2012 because he knew that this is one way he can contribute what he gained from it. Furthermore, Dr. Moeed wanted to be equipped more with medical information, he attended the Foundation Evidence Based Medicine Course and the Ultrasound Critical Management Course.
He did his research on “The Association of Duration of Boarding in the ER and the Outcome of Patient Admitted to the Intensive Care Unit.
