 Dr. Aljerian is an assistant professor and the program director at the department of emergency medical services, college of applied medical sciences, king Saud bin Abdulaziz university for health sciences. He is also a consultant of emergency medicine and emergency medical services at king Abdulaziz medical city-national guard health affairs-Riyadh.

 Dr.Aljerian is a member in various prehospital care committees, in KAMC and nationally, His main career focus is on paramedic education and the regulation of prehospital practice.

 Dr.Aljerian primary research focus is on prehospital care, and has presented and published in that field.
