Committee Charge:
- To implement the study plan/curriculum of the department educational program and recommend any change/modification to the College Council prior to submission to the University Committee for curricula development.
- To propose textbooks and references for the students.
- To recommend the appointment and promotion of faculty to the College Council and then through the Vice President, Educational Affairs to KSAU-HS Scientific Council and University Council for approval.
- To supervise student attendance and conduction of educational activities with the assistance of College Academic Affairs and Student Affairs.
- To distribute teaching loads of lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions to academic faculty staff.
- To organize and promote scientific research and all scientific activities and community services.
- To formulate and establish permanent or ad hoc committees to be made up of council members as needed to maintain specific functions within the areas of the department.
- To conduct monthly meetings throughout the academic year with final approved minutes to be signed by all members and to be submitted to the College Dean for final approval.
