Profile:

        Dr. Jobby George is a PhD in Faculty of Allied Health and Basic Sciences, Physiotherapy from Yenepoya University, India. He accomplished his Master of Physiotherapy in Neurological and Psychosomatic Disorders from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and also holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from the same university and is a Life Member, of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists.

     He began his career as a Lecturer, and was promoted to Assistant Professor during his tenure at colleges affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. Dr. Jobby was engaged in teaching physiotherapy in Neurology and Neurosurgery- Rehabilitation, Clinical decision making and neurological differential diagnosis training for MPT students, and participating in MPT students Research activities. Dr. Jobby George has received Letter of Appreciation for being a good teacher from the Chairman of the Education Foundation, and for students achieving 100% results in Physiotherapy Neurology Rehabilitation and Neuro-Surgery Examination at the University level. He also received Letter of Appreciation from patients for providing exceptional treatment. He is presently serving as Assistant professor at King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, Occupational therapy programme Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He is course coordinator for several courses and participating in other courses as instructor, also engaged in curriculum development and student research.

    His achievements include, approved postdoctoral fellow at Lund university, Sweden faculty of medicine, Department of health sciences collaborated with the WHO center for implementation of evidence based clinical health promotion focusing on alcohol besides tobacco, drugs, nutrition, physical activity and non-communicable diseases. Received invitation from Karoliniska Institute, Stockhome, Sweden to be a part of the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Research Group (SRHR) at the Division of Global Health. He has clinical trial registered in the Clinical Trials Registry India. His educational Credentials are more than equivalency to Danish and Canadian education, as appraised by the National Board of Health Denmark and World Education Services (WES) Canada. His Research interests also include Neurotheology, consciousness and depression in young adults. He has attended many national and international conferences, presented research papers and has a number of publications to his credit. He is also a Peer Reviewer of International Research Journals.
