Examination Policies

In written examinations, students are not allowed to leave the venue in the first 30 minutes of the exam period.
Students are not allowed to enter the examination after 30 minutes from the start of the exam.
Any student comes late; he/she will not be given any extra time to finish the exam.
During OSPE & OSCE students are not allowed to enter the venue when it starts.
Only the block coordinator has the authority to decide on whether to allow the student to leave or enter the examinations.
Uses of Electronic devices such as mobile phones, iPad, tablet, etc. are not allowed.
To avoid improper behavior during examinations, students should refrain from communicating with other students.
Any student who is absent in his Mid-term or Final Exam should provide Student Affairs Department with an Excused Letter issued only from King Abdulaziz Medical City, Ministry of National Guard and within three (3)working days.
