- Use of Electronic Gadget during classes is not allowed.
- Leaving the classroom to answer or make a call is not allowed.
- Sleeping inside the classroom while the class is ongoing is not allowed.
- Eating or drinking inside the skill labs is not allowed.
- Rescheduling of classes is not allowed without proper approval from Student Affairs Department.
The penalties for the previous policies are:
A. Verbal warning letter will be established for the first time offense.
B. Written warning letter will be issued as the second time offense.
C. Refer to the Office of Associate Dean.
- Students with three consecutive week’s absence will have their incident forwarded to the Office of Associate Dean for review and recommendation.
