Community Nutrition Education Event
On Wednesday, May 1, 2019, a closing event for the Community Nutrition Course was held in the Great Hall / Faculty of Medicine-Female
to present all the designed nutritional programs that the students have created and to discuss their observations on this experience. The main aspects that students took into consideration when designing these programs consist in the identification and assessment of nutrition problems in the community as well as the design, implementation of the awareness program. This educational activity was a part of the Community Nutrition course and under the supervision of Ms. Ihssan Abdulrahman and Ms. Mona Al Dubian.
The event was attended by representatives of the new Amal Aljeel Aljadeed School, the Social Welfare Center for the Elderly Women and the Yarmouk Clinic. The ceremony concluded by honoring the cooperating parties in the community service activities and to thank them for their support and help.
