Launching of the Self-Service Password Reset System
Dear all,
KSAU-HS Users are able now to self-manage KSAU-HS accounts information and password. This includes password change, password reset and unlock, from anywhere at any time 24X7. To use the service, users must set up security questions and update their mobile phone in the system, in order to receive the security activation code.
Therefore, all KSAU-HS users are requested register their users accounts on or before 3rd of July, 2014. For more information, please find KSAU-HS Account Unlock and Password Reset Guide , and contact your College IT department for help.
