Dr. Mohammed Khalaf Al Mutairi


  Dr. Mohammed Al Mutairi is a Saudi-born and Associate Dean, Academic & Student Affairs – College of Applied Medical Sciences (CAMS) under the King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Over the past 8 years he has worked as Pediatric Emergency Consultant and Traumatologist in the Emergency Medicine at King Abdulaziz Medical City (KAMC).

  Currently, Dr. Mutairi is an Assistant Professor under the King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences. He demonstrated enormous interest in academic undergraduate and postgraduate teaching through various programs that he leads and incorporates. He is a member of the CAMS Council and other various councils and committees in the University. He serves as well as the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship Program Director in the Academic Affairs of KAMC.

  Furthermore, he has been given the privilege to be one of the speakers in various conferences and workshops and attended many international conferences in his field. Recently he is conducting several research projects in Pediatric emergency specialty and Emergency Medical Services.

  Dr. Mutairi’s ongoing mission is to assist in molding the department of Emergency Medical Services – CAMS under his Chairmanship on the basis of excellent academic program that has been carried for several years. This department is taking the lead nationally in training highly qualified and competent paramedics aiming to serve the emergency patients in Saudi Arabia with extraordinary standard patient care.
