World Food Day

The Clinical Nutrition Department has conducted “World Food Day” event on Sunday, 18 October 2015, in cooperation with Students' Club from the College of Applied Medical Sciences-Female Branch.
This activity included four corners:

  • The definition of World Food Day.
  •  To measure the weight and calculate the body mass.
  •  To spread awareness about the healthy diet.
  • How to organize food in the refrigerator.

A large number of students from different colleges attended this event. The event was supervised by Dr. Maha Alturki, Director, Clinical Nutrition Program, and Dr. Kavita Sudersanadas, Assistant Professor, Clinical Nutrition.
